Purple Moon
Ingredients:
Lavender powder syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp.EURO TE Lavender Powder
20 pcs. Flowers Blue Butterfly EURO TE
Drink:
1/2 tsp. EURO TE Premium Matcha Green Tea
1/4 cup water 80 °C
3/4 cup. Evaporated milk (1)
1 tsp.Lavender Powder (1) EURO TE
½ cup Cow's milk (2)
1/2 tsp.Lavender Powder (2) EURO TE
3 tbsp. Syrup

Syrup:
1. Place the water, sugar, powder, and flowers in a saucepan and cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat, strain, let cool, and store covered in the refrigerator.
Drink:
1. Put the sifted Matcha in a bowl or chawan, add the hot water and stir until combined, preferably with a chasen or an electric whisk and set aside.
2. Empty the milk (1) into a cup and the powder (1), beat with the electric whisk until combined and set aside.
3. Empty the milk (2) into a cup and the powder (2), beat with the electric whisk until combined, pour into an electric milk frother and turn on hot until frothy.
4. In a tall glass add the ice, the syrup, pour in the purple milk (1), add the Matcha and finish with the purple foamed milk.
Decorate with lavender flowers.
