REGARDING OUR TEAS AND HERBAL TEAS
Both what is discussed in the articles in the “Tea Lovers Blog” section and what is stated on the sitewww.eurote.com.mxregarding the functionality or properties of each product, are based on international studies conducted by third parties, so EURO TE is not responsible if the mentioned therapeutic properties do not have that specific effect on the body of the person who consumes it.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
All products offered on the sitewww.eurote.com.mxare subject to availability. All our merchandise is subject to stock. In the event that a product requested in an order is out of stock, EURO TE will notify you of this situation via email to offer you a substitution for a similar product or, alternatively, to process a partial refund only for the amount paid for the out-of-stock product that cannot be supplied.
PRICES
All product prices published on the sitewww.eurote.com.mx include VAT, are exclusive to this channel, and may change without prior notice. However, these prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost will be detailed separately in each order and must be accepted and paid by the buyer before the shipment is made.
For purchases over $699.00 MXN, shipping will be free.
For purchases under $699.00 MXN, shipping will cost $150.00 MXN.
If the shipping address provided by you when making your purchase onwww.eurote.com.mx is classified by the courier service as an "Extended Zone," you will receive a notification via email informing you of the extra amount assigned by the courier service for shipping. This notification will also indicate the account number to cover the additional shipping cost, whether the package is sent to the address indicated by the customer (You) or to a pick-up branch of the corresponding courier service. The determination of "Extended Zones" is beyond EURO TE's control and may change without prior notice by courier services.
If for any reason the price of a product is $0.00 or $0.01, please contact us via email atatencionclientes@eurote.com.mxto provide you with the correct price of the item. Under no circumstances should it be understood that these items are free or have no price. All orders placed under this situation will be canceled without prior notice.
PAYMENT POLICY
Upon selecting “Continue to shipping method,” after entering the shipping address, you will be able to verify the total amount to pay, the selected products, and the corresponding shipping cost. Payment can be made by any of the following payment methods:
- Payment with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards, with Mexican debit cards from the country's major banks. This is done through the service provider for processing payments PayPal, which EURO TE disclaims from any responsibility in relation to the websitewww.eurote.com.mx
- Through the PayPal payment platform.

Paying in cash at OXXO stores via Spin By OXXO, a service operated by OXXO PAY, which EURO TE disclaims from any responsibility in relation to the websitewww.eurote.com.mx.By selecting this payment method, the buyer will receive a payment slip (EURO TE | OXXO PAY) via email with the numerical reference that they must dictate to the cashier to make the payment for the order. OXXO will charge an additional commission at the time of payment.
- Payment via transfer. This is done through the payment processing service provider Conekta, which EURO TE disclaims from any responsibility in relation to the website www.eurote.com.mx.
When this option is selected, Conekta sends an email to the buyer with a reference number to proceed with the payment.
The order number assigned when making a purchase through our online store does not imply acceptance of the transaction. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive a notification via email. Our acceptance of the order occurs when the products are shipped to you. EURO TE reserves the right to request official documents from its customers as a means of validating the product acquisition process through its websitewww.eurote.com.mx. According to the results of such validation, EURO TE may change, adjust, or decline an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, EURO TE will offer you the option to select a different payment method.
We expressly reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notification sent to the customer via email, in the following situations (without limitation), without being liable for payment of damages or costs other than the refund of any amount received from you in connection with the order we have canceled:
- The product is not available
- Your billing details are incorrect or cannot be verified
- Our security systems flag your order as potentially fraudulent
- We cannot deliver to the address you provided
- Due to circumstances or cases beyond our control
If you have a promotional code that grants a discount, check the expiration date of your promotional code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotional code for the same purchase and that promotional codes can only be used once. The use of promotional codes is limited to one per user. For the discount to be applied to the purchase, the promotional code must be entered before completing the payment, otherwise, the discount cannot be considered for that order. It will be the user's responsibility to verify that the system has correctly applied the promotional code. INVOICING
In case you require an invoice, once you have confirmed your order, our system will ask you to enter the data to be able to invoice your order on the same day.
In case your payment is via OXXO or SPEI, the invoice will be issued once the corresponding order has been paid.
You have up to 5 (natural) days after placing your order to request your invoice, and it must not exceed the end of the month. If you place your order on the last day of the month, it cannot be invoiced in the next month.
Once your order is invoiced, we will NOT be able to re-invoice it.
PACKAGING
All merchandise will be packed free of charge for the customer, except for large volume products.
PRODUCT SHIPPING
EURO TE will only provide delivery services within the Mexican Republic. The delivery time for orders is 10 business days, this starts counting from the moment EURO TE receives payment confirmation from the bank, online payment platform, or completes the payment validation process if necessary. All purchase orders received by EURO TE after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries may occur at any time of day. For deliveries and/or claims, the Terms and Conditions of the courier selected by EURO TE for shipping will apply. EURO TE does not contract insurance for shipments. During periods of high demand such as: El Buen Fin, Hot Sale, Hot Days, Christmas holidays, dates of special promotions on our page, or any type of national contingency, the 10 business day delivery time may vary. Users must track the guide provided by EURO TE via email directly with the courier service, in case their order delivery is delayed.
The person receiving the merchandise will be asked to sign for receipt at the time of delivery to their address.
Along with the merchandise, an order sheet will be delivered to you. The invoice, if you requested it, will be sent to you via email at the electronic address you provided.
Upon receiving your package, EURO TE recommends that you check for any defects or alterations. If there are any, please DO NOT accept it, note the comments on the courier's delivery slip, and report it as soon as possible via email toatencionclientes@eurote.com.mx. If you have received the package mishandled, altered, or damaged by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible via email at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx and send us the following photographic documentation:
- Box photos: 4 photos of the box's angles must be taken.
- Inside the box photo: One photo clearly showing how the inside of the box looked when opened.
- Shipping label photo: One photo showing the shipping label attached to the box, ensuring the tracking number is legible.
- Damage photos: Photos clearly showing the damage to the product.
Once EURO TE has confirmed full receipt of the requested photographic documentation, you will receive a response to your claim within the next 72 business hours. Please check your email, as we will use this method to notify you of the status and resolution of your case.
It is very important that you verify that all the information provided for shipping is correct and complete, as the successful delivery of the products depends on this. EURO TE is not responsible for delays in delivery time resulting from partial, erroneous, or incomplete delivery address information provided by the buyer. In the event that the package cannot be delivered to the recipient because the shipping address was provided incorrectly at the time of purchase, and this results in the return of the package to EURO TE's offices, the buyer must pay the cost of returning the package to the EURO TE warehouse and the cost of the shipping guide for the package to be reshipped.
For shipments to locations classified by the parcel service as an "Extended Zone," orders may take up to 20 days to be delivered. If the shipping address you provided at the time of your purchase onwww.eurote.com.mx is classified by the parcel service as an "Extended Zone," you will be sent a notification via email informing you of the extra amount assigned by the parcel service for shipping. This notification will also indicate the account number to cover the additional shipping cost, whether the package is sent to the address indicated by the customer (you) or to a pick-up branch of the corresponding parcel service. The determination of "Extended Zones" is outside of EURO TE's control and may change without prior notice by parcel services.
In the event of any incident with the delivery of the order by the courier service, you must notify EURO TE via email at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from the delivery date. Once EURO TE has confirmed receipt of your notification, you will receive a response to your claim within the next 72 business hours. Please check your email, as we will use this method to notify you of the status and resolution of your case. This way, EURO TE can manage the corresponding report with the courier service for investigation and determination of the applicable solution.
If you do not notify EURO TE about the incident within 2 calendar days after the order delivery, it will be understood that the delivery was received in conformity. After this period, EURO TE will not assume any responsibility for the replacement, refund, or compensation of the order, and it will not be possible to manage it with the courier service.
RETURN POLICY
All products purchased atwww.eurote.com.mx may be returned provided that the buyer complies with the remaining conditions set forth in this section. Only the cases mentioned below are included.
To make the Return Guarantee effective, the customer must notify EURO TE in writing within 8 calendar days following the receipt of their product. The customer must send their request toatencionclientes@eurote.com.mx,indicating their order number and the date the purchase order was generated. Once EURO TE has confirmed receipt of your notification, you will receive a response to your claim within the next 72 business hours. Please check your email, as we will use this method to notify you of the status and resolution of your case.

Product returnsWITHOUT COSTwill only apply if the order does not arrive with the specifications you requested when making your online purchase (color, flavor, model, etc.). If this is the case, please contact us atatencionclientes@eurote.com.mxand we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Product returnsWITH COST.If the product is not entirely to your liking, you may request an exchange provided it meets the following requirements:
- TEAS AND HERBAL TEAS: The product must beUNOPENED.Returns will NOT be accepted if the user has already opened the product, for health and hygiene reasons.
- ACCESSORIES (infusers, teapots, etc.): Exchanges can only be made if they are in their original packaging and the product is not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or, if applicable, the invoice.
In both cases, the shipping cost (round trip) is borne by the customer (You), and the remaining balance (of the product being returned) will be applied to a future purchaseas we do not issue monetary refunds. Since the customer will cover the cost of the parcel or courier service used to return the product to EURO TE, the risk of loss, damage, destruction, etc. of the returned product will be borne by the customer until the product is received by EURO TE.
The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope in which the product was originally sent, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees its return in perfect condition.
The product will be inspected by EURO TE, and if it is used, damaged, opened (Teas and Herbal Teas), or if in EURO TE's judgment it has been improperly used, EURO TEWILL NOT APPLYthe aforementioned balance.
If you are making a return WITH COST, please contact us atatencionclientes@eurote.com.mx and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. It is important to meet the aforementioned requirements for the return to be processed.
EURO TE is not and will not be responsible for expenses incurred due to returns made without following the steps established in the Return Procedure.
This Return Policy applies solely and exclusively to direct retail sales through the websitewww.eurote.com.mx, and will under no circumstances apply to wholesale buyers, resellers, and distributors who market EURO TE products with whom there is an ongoing commercial and business relationship.
SITE AVAILABILITY
Although EURO TE intends to offer you the best possible service, it makes no promise that the services on the websitewww.eurote.com.mx will meet your needs. EURO TE cannot guarantee that the site will be fault-free. In particular, EURO TE disclaims all liability in relation to the incompatibility of the site with any equipment, software, or telecommunications links; as well as technical problems, including errors or interruptions on the site.
INDEMNIFICATION
The user agrees to indemnify EURO TE for any action, lawsuit, or claim (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from any breach by the user of this agreement; including, without limitation, those arising from:

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the websitewww.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers,hereinafter TEA LOVERS CLUB, owned by Comercializadora Sueca de México S.A. de C.V., hereinafter EURO TE, a company incorporated under Mexican law.
TEA LOVERS CLUB reserves the right to modify this document at any time and under the circumstances it deems most convenient, with these changes being effective at the very moment of their publication.
DEFINITIONS
TEA LOVERS CLUB refers to the space where registered "Tea Lovers" members will live the ultimate experience of the EURO TE world of Tea and Herbal Teas with various benefits.
TEA LOVER refers to any individual residing in Mexican territory who signs up for the TEA LOVERS CLUB and agrees, through registration, to purchase a Set of 6 EURO TE cans with different Teas and/or Herbal Teas each quarter (exclusive selections will be included), through quarterly charges to their credit and/or debit card; obtaining various benefits.
SETS refers to 6 EURO TE cans with Teas and/or Herbal Teas, depending on your Membership type.
These Sets are chosen in advance, so members cannot modify them.
In some cases, the Sets may include fewer than 6 EURO TE cans, as this will depend on the presentations of the Teas or Herbal Teas, presentations that cannot be packaged in EURO TE cans, or on the value of the Teas or Herbal Teas in each Set.
PROMOTIONS refers to discounts or gifts on the purchase of various EURO TE products for members of the TEA LOVERS CLUB.
SPECIAL PRICES refer to discounts that TEA LOVERS CLUB members can obtain on additional purchases to their Sets in:
- Accessories: teapots, infusers, and cups, etc.
- Thematic Kits such as for Valentine's Day, Day of the Dead, among others.
- Gifts and Fine Wood Cases
- Specific workshops and/or courses, taught by Tea Master Olivia Medina.
By logging in with username and password to the EURO TE Online Store, the current discount or promotion will be automatically granted by identifying each member as a member of the TEA LOVERS CLUB. All purchases made in the EURO TE Online store will be subject to its Terms and Conditions.
MEMBER IDENTIFICATION refers to the email address with which each Tea Lover registers on the websitewww.eurote.com.mx and signs up for the TEA LOVERS CLUB, this being non-transferable as it will serve to identify them and thus obtain the benefits of being a member.
INFOGRAPHICS refer to collectible cards with information on each of the Teas and Herbal Teas included in the Sets, with the following information:
- Name
- Type
- Origin
- Description
- Caffeine content
- Ingredients
- Allergens
- Preparation
- Liqueur tasting
- Benefits
- Tea Master Tips
- Storage
REGISTRATIONS
Registrations for the TEA LOVERS CLUB will be made exclusively through the websitewww.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers, by providing: email, first name, last name, delivery address, and payment method details (credit or debit card linked to PayPal). By signing up for the TEA LOVERS CLUB, you are agreeing to the purchase of an initial set and the quarterly purchase of sets according to the chosen membership, with recurring charges to the debit or credit card provided as the payment method.
Sets can only be delivered within the Mexican Republic, so the registered delivery address must be within Mexico.
The cost of the first Set includes registration to the TEA LOVERS CLUB and some accessories that will only be included in this initial set depending on the chosen Membership; the amount to pay will also depend on the chosen membership.
Payment for subsequent Sets will be made by automatic (quarterly) charge to the credit or debit card selected upon registration.
The prices of the initial sets and recurring sets will be published on the website and may be modified without prior notice.
Various activities, courses, workshops, among others, will be carried out, which must be paid for in advance. In all cases, the TEA LOVERS CLUB may modify and/or cancel any activity, with prior notice via email, without any penalty and immediately refunding the payment.
SHIPPING
The delivery of both the sets and the purchases made in the EURO TE Online Store will be carried out only within the Mexican Republic, so the registered delivery address must be within Mexico.
The delivery of CLUB TEA LOVERS Sets will be free of charge, and packages will be delivered to recipients within the first 10 natural days of each month at the address registered upon enrollment.
The Initial Set will arrive at the registered address during the first 10 natural days of the month following enrollment.
All shipments are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the courier service chosen by CLUB TEA LOVERS for shipping. Deliveries may occur at any time of the day. In the case of shipments to locations classified by the courier service as "Extended Zone," orders may take up to 20 days to be delivered.
Should any incident arise with the delivery of the order by the courier service, you must notify CLUB TEA LOVERS via email to clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx within a maximum period of 2 calendar days from the delivery date. Once CLUB TEA LOVERS has confirmed receipt of your notification, you will receive a response to your claim within the next 72 business hours. Please check your email, as we will notify you of the follow-up and resolution corresponding to your case through this medium. In this way, CLUB TEA LOVERS can manage the corresponding report with the courier service for investigation and determination of the applicable solution.
In the event that you do not notify CLUB TEA LOVERS about the incident within 2 calendar days after the delivery of the order, it will be understood that the delivery was received in conformity. After this period, CLUB TEA LOVERS will not assume any responsibility regarding the replacement, refund, or compensation of the order, losing the possibility of management with the courier company.
If the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase on www.eurote.com.mx is classified by the courier service as an "Extended Zone," a notification will be sent via email informing you of the extra amount assigned by the courier service for shipping. This notification will also indicate the account number to cover the additional shipping cost, whether the package is sent to the address indicated by the customer (You) or to a branch of the corresponding courier service. The determination of "Extended Zones" is beyond EURO TE's control and may change without prior notice from courier services.
CLUB TEA LOVERS is not responsible for delays in delivery time due to partial, erroneous, or incomplete delivery address information provided by members upon enrollment. It is very important that all shipping information is correct and complete, as the success of product delivery depends on this. In the event that the package cannot be delivered to the recipient because the shipping address was provided incorrectly at the time of purchase, and this results in the package being returned to EURO TE offices, the buyer must pay the cost of returning the package to the EURO TE warehouse and the cost of the shipping label for the package to be resent.
The person receiving the merchandise will be asked to sign for receipt at the time of delivery. A packing slip will be included in the package.
Upon receiving your package, we recommend checking that it has no defects or alterations. If it does, please DO NOT accept it, make a note on the courier's receipt, and report it as soon as possible via email to clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx.
If the package has been mishandled, altered, or damaged by the courier service, please contact us as soon as possible via email at clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx and send us the following photographic documentation:

Once CLUB TEA LOVERS has confirmed the complete receipt of the requested photographic documentation, you will receive a response to your claim within the next 72 business hours. Please check your email, as we will notify you of the follow-up and resolution corresponding to your case.
CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
If any changes are required to your billing information or delivery address, the member must notify CLUB TEA LOVERS within the first 15 calendar days of each month via email toclubtealovers@eurote.com.mx,from which a confirmation response must be received for the change to be accepted.
In the event that the member does not wish for their Set to be sent in a specific month, the shipment can be made the following month, provided that the member has sent such a request during the first 15 days of the month prior to the one they wish to change, by sending an email toclubtealovers@eurote.com.mxfrom which an acceptance response must be received for the change to be accepted.
In the event that the member wishes to cancel their CLUB TEA LOVERS membership, this cancellation request must be sent in writing to the email addressclubtealovers@eurote.com.mx,from which confirmation must be received via the same channel.
Once the cancellation is accepted by CLUB TEA LOVERS, the member will no longer be able to use the benefits granted to TEA LOVERS. If the member wishes to receive the Sets again, it will be necessary to re-enroll and start again from the beginning of the Sets.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment can be made by:

Once the member registers as a TEA LOVER, the system will automatically make the next charge quarterly. If there is any problem making recurring charges, the member will be notified via email.

CLUB TEA LOVERS reserves the right to request official documents from its customers as a means of validation for the membership payment process through its sitewww.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers. According to the results of said validation, CLUB TEA LOVERS may decline the membership payment and apply the corresponding refund after notification via email to the member, as well as request another form of payment to proceed with enrollment in CLUB TEA LOVERS.
CLUB TEA LOVERS expressly reserves the right not to accept membership applications for any reason.
INVOICING
When you register for CLUB TEA LOVERS, you will be asked for your tax information if you require an invoice.
The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If an invoice is required and was not requested at the time of registration, the member will have up to 5 (calendar) days, after the end of the month in which the registration was made, to request it via email toclubtealovers@eurote.com.mx,indicating the email registered at the time of registration, the member's full name, and tax information. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be re-invoiced unless an error has been made by CLUB TEA LOVERS.
PACKAGING
All merchandise shipped by CLUB TEA LOVERS will be packaged free of charge for members.
RETURN POLICY
All products purchased within CLUB TEA LOVERS may be returned provided that the buyer complies with the other conditions established in this section. Only the cases mentioned below are included:

- ACCESSORIES (infusers, teapots, etc.): The exchange can only be made if they are in their original packaging and the product is not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or, where applicable, the invoice.
In both cases, the shipping cost (round trip) is borne by the member and the remaining balance (of the product being returned) will be applied to a future purchase as we do not offer monetary refunds.Since the customer will cover the cost of the courier or messaging service used to return the product to CLUB TEA LOVERS, the risk of loss, damage, destruction, etc. of the returned product will be borne by the customer, until the product is received by CLUB TEA LOVERS.
The shipment must be made using the same box in which the product was originally sent, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees its return in perfect condition.
The product will be inspected by CLUB TEA LOVERS, and if it is used, damaged, opened (Teas and Tisanes), or if, in the opinion of CLUB TEA LOVERS, it has been improperly used, CLUB TEA LOVERS WILL NOT APPLY the aforementioned balance.

It is important to comply with the aforementioned requirements for the Return to proceed. CLUB TEA LOVERS is not and will not be responsible for expenses incurred by returns that occur without respecting the steps established in the Return Procedure.
