REGARDING OUR TEAS AND HERBAL INFUSIONS

Both what is discussed in the articles in the “Tea Lovers Blog” section and what is said on the website www.eurote.com.mx Regarding the functionality or properties of each product, it is based on international studies conducted by third parties, therefore EURO TE is not responsible if the therapeutic properties mentioned do not have that specific effect on the body of the person who consumes it.



GOODS AVAILABILITY

All products offered on the website www.eurote.com.mx All items are subject to availability. If any product ordered is out of stock, EURO TE will notify you via email and offer a similar product as a replacement or a partial refund for the amount paid for the unavailable item.


PRICES

All product prices listed on www.eurote.com.mx include VAT, are exclusive to this channel, and are subject to change without notice. However, these prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be itemized separately for each order and must be accepted and paid by the buyer before shipment.


For purchases over $699.00 MXN, shipping will be free.


For purchases under $699.00 MXN, shipping will cost $150.00 MXN.

If the shipping address you provided when making your purchase at www.eurote.com.mx is classified by the shipping company as an "Extended Zone," you will receive an email notification informing you of the additional shipping cost. This notification will also include the account number to cover the extra shipping cost, whether the package is delivered to the address you provided or to a branch of the shipping company. The determination of "Extended Zones" is beyond EURO TE's control and may change without prior notice due to the shipping company's policies.

If for any reason the price of a product is listed as $0.00 or $0.01, please contact us via email at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx so we can provide you with the correct price. Under no circumstances should this be interpreted as meaning that these items are free or being given away. All orders placed under these circumstances will be canceled without prior notice.


PAYMENT POLICY

When you select “Continue to shipping method” after entering your shipping address, you will be able to verify the total amount due, the selected products, and the corresponding shipping cost. Payment can be made using any of the following methods:

  • Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards, and Mexican debit cards from the country's major banks. This is processed through PayPal, the payment service provider , and EURO TE disclaims any responsibility for PayPal's use of the website www.eurote.com.mx.
  • Through the PayPal payment platform.

  • Paying in cash at OXXO stores through Spin By OXXO, a service operated by OXXO PAY, for which EURO TE disclaims any responsibility in relation to the website www.eurote.com.mx . When selecting this payment method, the buyer will receive a payment slip (EURO TE | OXXO PAY) via email with a numerical reference number that must be given to the cashier to complete the payment. OXXO will charge an additional commission at the time of payment.

  • Payment via bank transfer. This is done through the payment processing service provider Conekta, which EURO TE disclaims any responsibility for in relation to the website www.eurote.com.mx.
    When this option is selected, Conekta sends an email to the buyer with a reference number to proceed with the payment.


The order number assigned when you make a purchase through our online store does not imply acceptance of the transaction. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an email notification. We only accept your order when the products are shipped. EURO TE reserves the right to request official documents from its customers as a means of validating the product purchase process through its website www.eurote.com.mx . Based on the results of this validation, EURO TE may change, adjust, or decline an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, EURO TE will offer you the option of selecting a different payment method.


We expressly reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notification sent to the customer via email in the following situations (without limitation), without being liable for damages or costs other than the refund of any amount received from you in connection with the canceled order:

  • The product is not available
  • Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified
  • Our security systems flag your order as potentially fraudulent.
  • We cannot deliver to the address you provided.
  • Due to circumstances or cases that are beyond our control


If you have a promotional code that offers a discount, please check its expiration date before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotional code per purchase, and each code can only be used once. Promotional codes are limited to one per user. BILLING

If you require an invoice, once you have confirmed your order, our system will ask you to enter the details so that we can invoice your order the same day.

If your payment is made through OXXO or SPEI, the invoice will be prepared once the corresponding order has been paid.

You have up to 5 calendar days after placing your order to request your invoice, and this must be done by the end of the month. If you place your order on the last day of the month, it cannot be invoiced the following month.

Once your order has been invoiced, we will NOT be able to re-invoice it.


PACKING

All merchandise will be packed free of charge to the customer, except for large volume products.


PRODUCT SHIPPING

EURO TE only provides delivery services within the Republic of Mexico. The delivery time for orders is 10 business days, starting from when EURO TE receives payment confirmation from the bank, online payment platform, or completes the payment validation process, if necessary. All purchase orders received by EURO TE after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Deliveries may occur at any time of day. The Terms and Conditions of the shipping carrier selected by EURO TE will apply to deliveries and/or claims. EURO TE does not purchase shipping insurance. During periods of high demand, such as El Buen Fin, Hot Sale, Hot Days, the Christmas season, special promotions on our website, or any type of national emergency, the 10-business-day delivery time may vary. Users should track the tracking number provided by EURO TE via email directly with the shipping carrier in case their order is delayed.


The person receiving the merchandise will be asked to sign for receipt at the time of delivery to their home .


An order form will be included with your order. If you have requested an invoice, it will be sent to the email address you provided.


Upon receiving your package, EURO TE recommends checking it for any defects or alterations. If you find any, please DO NOT accept it, note the comments on the courier's delivery slip, and report it as soon as possible via email to atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx . If you receive a package that is mishandled, altered, or damaged by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible via email at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx and send us the following photographic documentation:

  • Photos of the box: 4 photos of the box should be taken from different angles.
  • Photo of the inside of the box: A photo that clearly shows the inside of the box when it was opened.
  • Photo of the guide: A photo showing the shipping guide attached to the box, making sure the tracking number is legible.
  • Photos of the damage: Photos that clearly show the damage to the product.


It is very important that you verify that all the shipping information provided is correct and complete, as this is essential for successful delivery. EURO TE is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from partial, erroneous, or incomplete delivery address information provided by the buyer. If the package cannot be delivered to the recipient because the shipping address was provided incorrectly at the time of purchase, and this results in the package being returned to EURO TE's offices, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the EURO TE warehouse and the cost of the shipping label for reshipment.


For shipments to locations classified by the courier service as "Extended Zone," orders may take up to 20 days to be delivered. If the shipping address you provided when making your purchase at www.eurote.com.mx is classified by the courier service as an "Extended Zone," you will receive an email notification informing you of the additional shipping cost. This notification will also include the account number to cover the additional shipping cost, whether the package is delivered to the address you provided or to a branch of the corresponding courier service. The determination of "Extended Zones" is independent of EURO TE and may change without prior notice by the courier service.

In the event of any issues with the delivery of your order by the courier, you must notify EURO TE within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the delivery date. This will allow EURO TE to file the corresponding report with the courier so that an investigation can be carried out and the appropriate solution determined. If you do not notify EURO TE of the issue within 5 calendar days of delivery, it will be understood that the delivery was received in good order. After this period, EURO TE will not assume any responsibility for the replacement, refund, or compensation of the order, and will have no recourse with the courier.


RETURN POLICY

All products purchased at www.eurote.com.mx They may be returned provided the buyer complies with the other conditions established in this section. Only the cases mentioned below are included.


To activate the Return Guarantee, the customer must notify EURO TE in writing within 8 calendar days of receiving the product. The customer must send their request to atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx , indicating their order number and the date the purchase order was generated.


  1. Free returns are only accepted if your order does not arrive with the specifications you requested when making your online purchase (color, flavor, model, etc.). If this is the case, please contact us at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx and we will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.
  2. Product returns at a cost. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you may request an exchange provided it meets the following requirements:


    1. TEAS AND HERBAL INFUSIONS: The product must be SEALED. Returns will NOT be accepted once the product has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.
    2. ACCESSORIES (infusers, teapots, etc.): Exchanges can only be made when these are in their original packaging and the product is not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or, if applicable, the invoice.


In both cases, the shipping cost (round trip) is the customer's responsibility, and the remaining balance (for the returned product) will be applied to a future purchase, as we do not offer cash refunds . Since the customer will cover the cost of the shipping or courier service used to return the product to EURO TE, the customer assumes all risk of loss, damage, destruction, etc., of the returned product until it is received by EURO TE.


The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope in which the product was originally sent, or failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.


The product will be inspected by EURO TE and if it is used, damaged, opened (Teas and Herbal Teas) or if, in EURO TE's opinion, it has been misused, EURO TE will NOT apply the aforementioned balance.

If you are making a return with a shipping fee, please contact us at atencionclientes@eurote.com.mx and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. It is important to meet the requirements mentioned above for the return to be processed.

EURO TE is not and will not be responsible for the expenses caused by those returns that occur without respecting the steps established in the Return Procedure.

This Return Policy applies solely and exclusively to direct retail sales through the website www.eurote.com.mx, and will not apply under any circumstances to wholesale buyers, resellers and distributors who market EURO TE products with whom there is a continuous commercial and business relationship.


SITE AVAILABILITY

Although EURO TE strives to offer you the best possible service, it makes no promise that the services on the website www.eurote.com.mx will meet your needs. EURO TE cannot guarantee that the site will be error-free. DEFINITIONS

CLUB TEA LOVERS refers to the space where registered members, "Tea Lovers", will experience the ultimate world of Tea and Herbal Teas from EURO TE with various benefits.


TEA LOVER refers to any individual residing in Mexican territory who registers with the TEA LOVERS CLUB, and who agrees through registration to purchase each quarter a Set of 6 EURO TE cans with different Teas and/or Herbal Teas (exclusive selections will be included), through quarterly charges to their credit and/or debit card; obtaining various benefits.

SETS refers to 6 EURO TE cans with Teas and/or Herbal Teas, depending on your Membership type.

These sets are chosen in advance, so members will not be able to modify them.

In some cases, the Sets may include fewer than 6 EURO TE cans, as they will depend on the presentations of the Teas or Herbal Teas, presentations that cannot be packed in EURO TE cans, or on the value of the Teas or Herbal Teas in each Set.


PROMOTIONS refers to discounts or gifts on the purchase of various EURO TE products for members of the TEA LOVERS CLUB.


SPECIAL PRICES refers to discounts that TEA LOVERS CLUB members can obtain on purchases in addition to their Sets at:

  • Accessories: teapots, infusers and cups, etc.
  • Themed kits such as Valentine's Day, Day of the Dead, among others.
  • Gifts and Cases Made of Fine Woods
  • Specific workshops and/or courses, taught by Tea Master Olivia Medina.


By logging into the EURO TE Online Store with your username and password, you will automatically receive the current discount or promotion, as each member is automatically identified as a member of the TEA LOVERS CLUB. All purchases made in the EURO TE Online Store are subject to its Terms and Conditions.


MEMBER IDENTIFICATION refers to the email address with which each Tea Lover registers on the website www.eurote.com.mx and enrolls in the TEA LOVERS CLUB, this being non-transferable since it will serve to identify them and thus obtain the benefits of being a member.


INFOGRAPHICS refer to the collectible cards with information on each of the Teas and Herbal Teas included in the Sets, with the following information:

REGISTRATION

Registration for the TEA LOVERS CLUB is only available through the website www.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers. You will need to provide your email address, first and last name, delivery address, and payment information (credit or debit card linked to PayPal). By registering for the TEA LOVERS CLUB, you agree to purchase an initial set and subsequent quarterly sets according to your chosen membership level, with recurring charges to the debit or credit card provided as your payment method.


The sets can only be delivered within the Mexican Republic, so the registered delivery address must be an address within Mexico.


The cost of the first set includes registration to the TEA LOVERS CLUB and some accessories that will only be included in this initial set depending on the chosen Membership; the amount to pay will also depend on the chosen membership.


Payment for subsequent sets will be made by automatic (quarterly) charge to the credit or debit card chosen at registration.


Prices for starter sets and recurring sets will be published on the site and may be changed without notice.


Various activities, courses, workshops, and more will be offered, all of which must be paid for in advance. In all cases, CLUB TEA LOVERS reserves the right to modify or cancel any activity with prior notice via email, without penalty, and will issue an immediate refund.


SHIPPING

Both the shipment of sets and purchases made in the EURO TE Online Store will be made only within the Mexican Republic, so the registered delivery address must be an address within Mexico.


Shipping of the CLUB TEA LOVERS Sets will be free of charge; the packages will be delivered to the recipients within the first 10 calendar days of each month at the address registered upon enrollment.


The Initial Set will arrive at the address registered upon enrollment, during the first 10 calendar days of the following month in which the enrollment was made.


All shipments are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the courier service chosen by CLUB TEA LOVERS. Deliveries may occur at any time of day. For shipments to locations classified by the courier service as "Extended Zone," orders may take up to 20 days to be delivered.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

If you require any changes to your billing information or delivery address, you must notify CLUB TEA LOVERS during the first 15 calendar days of each month via email to clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx , from which you must receive a confirmation response for the change to be considered accepted.


If the member does not wish to have their Set sent in a specific month, the shipment may be made the following month, provided that the member has sent said request during the first 15 days of the month prior to the one in which they wish to make the change, by sending an email to clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx from which they must receive an acceptance response for the change to be considered accepted.


If a member wishes to cancel their membership in the TEA LOVERS CLUB, this cancellation request must be sent in writing to the email address clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx , and confirmation should be received via the same email address.



Once the cancellation is accepted by the TEA LOVERS CLUB, the member will no longer be able to use the benefits granted to TEA LOVERS. If the member wishes to receive the Sets again, they will need to re-enroll and will start from the beginning of the Sets.


PAYMENT POLICY


Payment can be made through:

  • Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or debit card (Mexican cards from the most recognized banks in the country), this is done through the payment processing service provider PayPal, which EURO TE disclaims any responsibility in relation to the website www.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers .


Once the member registers as a TEA LOVER, the system will automatically make the next charge every quarter. If there is any problem making the recurring charges, the member will be notified via email.

CLUB TEA LOVERS reserves the right to request official documents from its clients as a means of validating the membership payment process through its website www.eurote.com.mx/pages/club_tea_lovers . Based on the results of this validation, CLUB TEA LOVERS may decline the membership payment and issue a corresponding refund after notifying the member via email, or request an alternative payment method to proceed with the CLUB TEA LOVERS registration.


The TEA LOVERS CLUB expressly reserves the right to refuse membership applications for any reason.


BILLING

When registering for the TEA LOVERS CLUB, you will be asked for your tax information in case you require an invoice.


The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If an invoice is required and was not requested at the time of registration, the member has up to 5 calendar days after the end of the month in which registration took place to request it via email to clubtealovers@eurote.com.mx , indicating the email address registered at the time of registration, the member's full name, and tax information. Once the invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued unless an error has been made by CLUB TEA LOVERS.



PACKING

All merchandise shipped by CLUB TEA LOVERS will be packaged free of charge for members.



RETURN POLICY
