Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Blue Tropic Fruit Herbal Tea
8 oz. Water (1)
1 oz. Gin
1/4 tbsp. Silver glitter
1/4 cup Water (2)
Ice to taste
Blueberries to taste
½ pc. Lemon (juice)
Preparation:
1. Prepare the herbal tea in the water (1) (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. Dissolve the glitter in the warm water (2), let it cool.
3. Add ice to a shaker, the Tisane and the gin, shake for 5 seconds to mix.
4. Put crushed ice in a double-bottomed chawan, add the shaker mixture without the ice, a few drops of glitter, mix and garnish with blueberries.
5. Add a few drops of lemon juice to each cocktail, stir, and you'll see how it changes color.
