Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Amaretto Herbal Tea
8 oz. Water
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Honey to taste
Beetroot powder to taste
Small ice cubes to taste
2 pieces. Red piquin chili
Preparation:
1. Mix honey with beetroot powder until you get a red syrup.
2. Prepare the herbal tea in water (90-95°C), infuse for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
3. Frost the rim of a Martini glass with the red syrup. Arrange the chilies like horns.
4. Place ice in the glass, add the herbal tea and the juice.
