Ingredients:
Pumpkin Chai Syrup
4 tsp. Black Tea Pumpkin Chai EURO TE
1 cup Water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Pumpkin puree*
Drink:
2 tbsp. Pumpkin Chai Syrup
1/4 cup Milk (1)
1/4 tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE (1)
3/4 cup Milk (2)
1 tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE (2)
Ornament:
Chocolate syrup
Activated charcoal topping mixed with sugar to taste.
Styrofoam or gummy eye.

Syrup:
Put the water, sugar, and tea in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat and strain.
Once cooled, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. *You can add pumpkin puree.
Drink:
1. Put the chocolate syrup on the edge of the chawan and frost it with the activated charcoal and sugar mixture.
2. Add the Pumpkin Chai syrup to the chawan, the milk (1) and the Matcha (1), stir until well combined.
3. In an electric milk frother, add the milk (2) and sift the Matcha (2) over it.
4. Froth the hot milk.
5. Pour the frothed milk over the chawan.
6. Decorate with the Styrofoam eye or the eye-shaped gummy.
