CHERRY LOVE (Makes four drinks)
Ingredients:
4 tbsp.Cherry Festival Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TE
2 cups Water (1)
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 pinch of silver glitter
1 oz. Water (2)
1 bottle Sparkling Wine
Ornament:
Honey to taste.
5 buttons Topping rose button EURO TE
Preparation:
1. Prepare the herbal tea in advance in the water (1) (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, add the sugar and pour without straining into an ice cube tray. Let cool and put in the freezer.
2. Brush the honey onto the glass and frost with the rosebuds stripped of their petals.
3. Dilute the glitter in the warm water (2), let it cool.
4. Put ice in each glass, add the sparkling wine (it can be white Lambrusco, Asti, Cava, Sparkling) and the glitter diluted in water, stir well and enjoy this delicious cocktail, which is also beautiful.
