3rd Place Drinks Contest 2024
Ingredients:
2 tsp. Blue Thai White Tea EURO TEA
3 Flowers Tisana Blue Butterfly EURO TE
¼ tsp. Blue Matcha Tisana EURO TE
2 oz. Water
1 tsp. grated toasted coconut
1 oz. Coconut milk
2 oz. Evaporated milk
2 tbsp. condensed milk
1/2 cup ice
8 pcs. Blueberries for blending
Decoration:
3 pcs. Blueberries
Rose Button Topping Petals EURO TEA .
Preparation:
1.- Infuse the Blue Thai Tea, together with the Blue Butterfly flowers, in water at 80-85°C, infuse for 4 minutes. Strain and set aside.
2.- Pour the ice, coconut, milk, infusion prepared in step 1, Blue Matcha and 8 blueberries into a blender. Blend and serve in a tall glass.
3.- Decorate with blueberries and rose petals.
