2nd Place Drinks Contest 2024
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Moscow Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TEA
½ cup boiling water
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
3 tbsp. condensed milk
150 ml. Evaporated milk
2 ½ cups almond milk (optional, can be substituted with another milk)
Preparation:
1.- Infuse the herbal tea for 4 minutes in boiling water (90-95°C).
2.- Pour the unstrained Tisane infusion, the cornstarch and ½ cup of almond milk into the blender. Blend very well.
3.- Heat 2 cups of almond milk in a pot on the stove and add the blender mixture, add the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir constantly for approximately 10 minutes.
4.- Remove from heat and serve hot.
