Xoco Marzipan

XOCO MARZIPAN

Ingredients:

2 Cditas. Xocolaté black tea from EURO TE

150 ml. Hot water

100 ml. Milk

1 Tbsp. Rose Marzipan Cream*

Sweetener to taste

1 EURO TEA double bottom bowl

Decoration:

Peanut butter and cocoa (the latter is optional).

Preparation:

1.- Infuse the Xocolaté Tea in water at 90°C for 4 minutes, strain and sweeten to taste.

2.- Meanwhile, boil the milk in a pot and add the Rosa marzipan cream*.

3.- Once the marzipan cream has dissolved, strain (to remove the peanut pieces) and foam the milk.

4.- Serve the Xocolaté Tea in a double-bottomed bowl and add the foamed milk.

5.- Add the strained peanuts and sprinkle with cocoa.

*You can use any nut butter, almond, cashew, etc.
