Ingredients:
1 pc. Pie Crust Cookie Base
2 pieces Cream cheese (400 g)
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 eggs
Topping:
1/3 cup Water (1)
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp. Moscow Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TE
1 tbsp. Water (2)
Preparation:
Pay
1. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer until creamy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until there are no lumps. Add the condensed milk.
3. Empty the mixture into the mold with the cookie base.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Topping
1. In a small pot add the water (1) and the sugar, dissolve and add the Tisana, bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
2. Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water (2) and add it to the Tisane syrup (preparation from step 1) to thicken it.
3. Stir constantly and let cool.
Once the pie is cold, decorate it with the topping.
