Ingredients:
(4 servings)
500 ml. Milk
3 tbsp. Herbal Tea Bread of the Dead
4 Egg Yolks
175 g. Sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Ornament:
Topping Calendula flower EURO TE
Preparation:
1. Infuse the herbal tea in the milk for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch, add the milk with the herbal tea and mix with a whisk.
3. Place the entire mixture in a saucepan and heat in a double boiler, without letting the water boil, for 15 minutes or until thickened. Stir constantly with a whisk to prevent sticking.
4. Remember that the mixture will always be more liquid when hot than when it cools.
5. Once cool, put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
6. Serve in individual glasses or bowls, decorate with calendula flowers and enjoy this delicious dessert.
