Ingredients
200 ml. Evaporated milk
3 cditas. Moon Milk Fresh Pillow EURO TE (2)
4 pcs. Egg
¼ cup Sugar (2)
2 tbsp. Heavy cream
1-2 drops Peppermint Extract
Ingredients Syrup
½ cup Water
½ cup Sugar (1)
3 cditas. Moon Milk Fresh Pillow EURO TE (1)
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Heat the milk (85 °C), add the Moon Milk (2), infuse for 5 minutes, set aside and let cool.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar (2), add the cold flavored milk (from the previous step), the cream, the mint extract and mix well to remove any lumps.
4. Empty into individual flan molds.
5. Place the molds in a baking tray to bake them in a water bath.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C or until firm to the touch.
7. Remove from the oven, let them cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
8. Unmold the flans by running a thin knife around the edges of the mold, serve them in individual dishes with syrup on top.
Optional: You can make one large flan.
Syrup Preparation
Place the water, sugar (1), and Moon Milk (1) in a saucepan and cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat, strain, and let cool covered in the refrigerator.
