Ingredients:
40g Dried chilies (can be chipotle, guajillo, ancho or árbol, alone or combined depending on your taste and how spicy you want it)
1 cup EURO TE Fruit Herbal Tea *
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 pc Lemon
1/2 pc Orange
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Roast, devein, and boil the chosen chilies. Drain the water.
2. Cook the herbal tea with the sugar in the water for 10 minutes.
3. Blend the herbal tea and the dried chilies.
4. Empty the mixture into the saucepan and place it on the heat, add the lemon and orange juice, and season with salt.
This natural chamoy can be used to coat fruits or vegetables or to prepare the EURO TE Chamoyada.
*It can be made with almost any of our fruit tisanes, we recommend the classics such as: Tango Mango , Manila , Florida Fruits , Guava Punch , Goji Berry ,Jungle Berries and Passion Fruit .
