Ingredients:
1 pack. Lemon gelatin
200 ml. Water
2 pcs. Lemon Juice
800g. Unsweetened Greek yogurt
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the entire packet of gelatin in hot water, then let it cool or reach room temperature.
2. Once it's cold, put it in a blender, add the lemon juice, yogurt, and Matcha.
3. Mix all the ingredients, pour into a gelatin mold and let it set in the refrigerator.
