Mandarin Garden Jelly

Ingredients:

6 Tbsp. Ginger Mandarin Herbal Tea EURO TE

6 tsp. Sugar

3 1/2 cups boiling water (1)

1 pc. Sachets of natural gelatin

½ cup water (2)

2 Mandarins

Preparation:

1. Peel the mandarins and remove some segments, set aside on a plate.

2. Prepare the herbal tea in the water (1) (90 – 95°C), sweeten with sugar and infuse for at least 5 minutes, strain and set aside.

3. Hydrate the gelatin in the water (2), heat for 20 seconds in the microwave, once dissolved, add to the hot herbal tea infusion and stir.

4. Place the mandarin segments in a mold, add the gelatin and refrigerate until set.
