MATCHA COOKIES With chocolate and roses

Ingredients:

150 g. Butter

200 g. Flour

50 g. Cornstarch

1 Tbsp. EURO TE Premium Matcha Green Tea

50g. Powdered sugar

Ornament

50g. dark chocolate

50g. Callebaut Ruby Chocolate or any pink chocolate

3 drops Peppermint essence

3 drops Rose essence

Preparation:

1. Cream the butter with a mixer and add the sifted icing sugar. Separately, sift the flour, cornstarch, and matcha.

2. Add the dry ingredients to the dough and beat them by hand.

3. Form a large cylinder, cut into slices and form smaller cylinders, cut with a knife and form small balls by hand.

4. Place each ball on a tray lined with waxed paper and flatten the center with a small spoon.

5. Preheat the oven and bake the cookies for 20 min. at 180°C.

6. Let it cool.

7. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (30 seconds and stir, repeat until completely melted), add the flavoring and mix well. In dark chocolate, the essence is mint, and in pink chocolate, the essence is rose.

8. Make piping bags with star-shaped paper and fill them with melted chocolate. Decorate with a little chocolate in the center of each cookie; you can also decorate them with a candy.
