Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk (or light)
3 Tbsp. Sugar 1
2 sachets Unflavored Gelatin 1
4 Tbsp. Water 1
2 Tbsp. Tie Kuan Yin Oolong Tea EURO TE*
2 cups of water
3 Tbsp. Sugar 2
2 sachets Unflavored Gelatin 2
4 Tbsp. Water 3
Preparation:
1. Prepare the Japan Garden Tea in warm milk (80°C), infuse for 5 minutes and strain. Sweeten with sugar.
2. Hydrate the gelatin in the water, place in a double boiler until dissolved. Add to the tea infusion, stir well and pour into glass bowls or ramekins, filling each halfway. Refrigerate until set.
3. Make the Ulong Tea in water 2 (80°C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and sweeten with sugar 2.
4. Hydrate the gelatin 2 in the water 3, place in a double boiler until dissolved. Add the Oolong tea, stir well and let cool slightly. Pour into the glass bowls that already contain the milk gelatin.
5. Refrigerate until set.
*Oolong teas are semi-oxidized, mysterious, and complex. They regulate blood glucose levels and are believed to have anti-cancer properties and boost the body's defenses.
They contain a very wide range of aromas and flavors, so their pairing varies from one to another.
