Green Champagne Syrup

Ingredients:

½ Lt. Water

½ kg. Sugar

Preparation:

1. Heat the water to 70°C, add the tea, infuse for 4 minutes, strain without pressing the leaves.

2. Stir the infusion with the sugar and heat it on the stove. When it comes to a boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

3. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Use the cold syrup to flavour a fruit cocktail or to dip a cake base.
*You can change the flavor. We suggest the following EURO TE flavors: Peach, Passion Fruit, Blackberry, Caribbean Green, Carnival, Blue Berry Pineapple, Mint, Blue Joy, among others.
