Prepare and enjoy this incredible dessert made with one of our Herbal and Matcha Tisanes!
Ingredients:
Syrup
1 cup of water
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. EURO TE Ginger Lemon Herbal Tea
Dessert:
1 Tz. Red Lyncott Cream
2 oz. Mint liqueur (optional)
1/2 Tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
Vanilla cake to taste
1 Pz. Chocolate “Poky”
Preparation:
1. Syrup: In a pot add the water, sugar, and the Tisane, stir well and let it thicken on the stove over low heat for approximately 20 minutes. It will become thick with a consistency similar to honey. Strain and let it cool in the refrigerator.
Add the optional mint liqueur to 1/4 cup of the syrup, as it will give it more color and flavor.
Dessert
1. Two hours before consuming it, assemble the cups.
2. Cut the cake into pieces the size of the glass and place them at the bottom, drizzle them with a little of the syrup to moisten them and make them greener and more flavorful.
3. Whip the very cold cream and when it is almost ready add the sifted Matcha and beat to integrate it.
4. Cover the cake in the glasses with a layer of cream, then place another layer of cake, repeat this step until you run out of cream.
5. Decorate as a topping with Chocoretas, Hershey's Kisses and Matcha Poky.
6. Keep refrigerated until consumed.
