Ingredients:
Syrup:
8 oz. Water
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Hanami EURO TE
Saucer:
1 Pack. Cherry Jelly
1/2 pc. Cream cheese
1 Tz. Red Lyncott Cream
5 Tbsp. Hanami Syrup
1 pinch. Topping: EURO TE rose powder
Decoration:
Preparation:
1. Syrup: Put the water, sugar and tea in a pot, leave it on the heat to thicken for 10 minutes, strain and cool.
2. Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and chill in a rectangular mold.
3. Once set, cut into small squares.
4. Cream the cheese.
5. Beat the cream with the Hanami syrup.
6. Combine both smoothies.
7. Add rose powder to taste to achieve the desired color.
8. Gently stir in the gelatin squares so as not to break them.
9. Serve with a little more rose powder and a rosebud in each mold.
