Ingredients:
EURO TE Tea Seasonings (Hot Rooibos Africa, Lapsang Souchong, Hot Chai Herbal, Genmaicha Masala Balti) to taste.
1 oz Cream Cheese.
2 Tbsp. Heavy cream.
1/2 Tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
Melba bread to taste
Bell pepper to taste
Cucumber to taste
Nut to taste
Preparation:
1. Leave the cream cheese out of the refrigerator to soften.
2. Beat with the cream and divide into 4 bowls.
3. Add approximately 1 teaspoon of each seasoning to each portion; in the case of Genmaicha Masala Balti, add 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha as an extra.
4. Refrigerate for half an hour.
5. Spread each smoothie on melba bread or neutral crackers, you can add bell pepper, cucumber, walnuts and decorate to your liking.
6. Serve immediately to prevent the base (bread or crackers) from getting soggy.
You can garnish with peanuts, nuts, grapes, strawberries, basil as toppings.
