Delicious fruit bites covered in chocolate mixed with our powdered teas or herbal infusions. You can vary the fruit or coating to your liking.
Ingredients:
1 pc. Mango
1 Tz. Blueberries
1 pc. Starfruit
15 pieces of natural cherries
1/2 L. Greek yogurt
4 Pcs. White Chocolate Bars
1 tsp.Golden Milk EURO TE
1 tsp. Pink Chai EURO TE
¼ tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
1 tsp. Blue Matcha EURO TE
Wax paper.
Preparation:
1. Cut the mango into small cubes and place them in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of yogurt and stir. Using a spoon, place small portions onto waxed paper on a tray and put in the freezer.
2. Stir the blueberries with enough yogurt. Using a spoon, place small portions onto waxed paper on a tray and put in the freezer.
3. Slice the starfruit.
Once the fruit with yogurt is frozen, continue with the process:
4. Cut into small pieces ½ bar of white chocolate (approximately 50 grams), put it in a glass bowl and microwave for 15 seconds, stir with a wooden spatula, microwave again for another 15 seconds (repeat until melted).
5. Add 1 teaspoon of Golden Milk and stir well. Cover the mango with the yogurt and chocolate mixture, place the pieces on waxed paper on a baking sheet, and refrigerate.
6. Repeat the previous process (100 grams of chocolate), but now mix with 1 teaspoon of Pink Chai and coat the cherries, submerging them completely, holding them by the stem. Place them on waxed paper on a tray and put them in the refrigerator.
7. Repeat the previous process (50 grams of chocolate), but now mix with ¼ teaspoon of Matcha, cover the starfruit slices, place them on waxed paper on a tray and put in the refrigerator.
8. Repeat the previous process (100 grams of chocolate), but now mix with 1 teaspoon of Blue Matcha, cover the blueberry and yogurt mixture, place them on waxed paper on a tray and put in the refrigerator.
Once cooled, remove and enjoy these delicious bites.
