Champi-Chai Soup

Ingredients:

1/4 pc. Chopped onion

100 g. Butter

2 Tbsp. Wheat Flour

200 g. Mushrooms (or creminis)

1 liter of milk

1 Cditas. Tea seasoning Hot chai Herbal EURO TE

Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Slice the cleaned mushrooms.

2. In a pot, melt the butter, add the onion and when it is translucent, add the flour and cook briefly. Add the mushrooms (over low heat).

3. Blend this mixture in a blender with a little broth or milk, then pour it back into the pot. Add the milk and tea seasoning.

4. Stir constantly over low heat until it thickens slightly.

5. Adjust the seasoning, and add salt if necessary.
Add cinnamon pieces as a topping (Optional).
