28th Anniversary Mocktail: Velvet Orchid

Ingredients:
1 tsp. Blue Velvet EURO TE green tea

¼ cup water at 70°C (1)

3 flowers. Blue Butterfly EURO TE

1 tsp. Ulong Orchid EURO TE

¼ cup water at 80°C (2)

Syrup to taste

1 oz. Lemon juice

Purple sugar: mix sugar with Blue Matcha and EURO TE Beet Powder

Ice

Ornament:

Natural orchid or violet flower from EURO TE toppings 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Green Tea with 3 Blue Butterfly flowers in water 1, infuse for 3 minutes, strain and set aside.

  2. Prepare Ulong Tea in water 2, infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.

  3. Rim an old fashioned glass with lemon juice and purple sugar. Fill with ice.

  4. Mix the 2 teas in a jug, add the syrup and pour over the ice.

  5. Add a few drops of lemon to turn it purple.

  6. Decorate with orchid or dried flower.
