Ingredients:
2 tsp. Tibetan Pu erh Chai Tea
3 oz. Water
2 oz. Horchata 43 liqueur
1 oz. Evaporated milk
Ice to taste
Shaker EURO TEA
Ornament:
Cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Preparation:
1. Prepare the tea in water (95 °C) in advance, infuse for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. Add ice to the Shaker, the Tea, the liquor, the evaporated milk and shake for a few seconds.
3. In an Old Fashion glass add 2 ice cubes, serve the drink from the Shaker by straining it.
4. You can decorate by sprinkling cinnamon or cocoa.
