Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Berry Blue White Tea EURO TEA
4 oz. Water 1
1 tbsp. Blue Tropic Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TEA
2 oz. Water 2
2 tsp. Natural syrup or 1 sachet of sugar substitute.
1/2 Pz. Lemon
1 oz. Mezcal
Topping Lavender Flowers EURO TEA
Ice to taste
Agave honey
Preparation:
1. Prepare the Tea in water 1 (80°C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. Pour agave honey on one side of a glass and pour in the lavender flower topping, fill the glass with ice.
3. Separately prepare the Tisane in water 2 (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, sweeten with the natural syrup or sugar substitute, strain and set aside.
4. Pour the tea into the glass over the ice, add a few drops of lemon and stir (the infusion will turn purple).
5. Add the Tisane infusion carefully so as not to mix (it should be hot or warm).
6. Stir with a dancing spoon, add the mezcal and stir again.
