Martini Papantla

(2 servings)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Papantla Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TEA

2 oz. Water

2 oz. RumChata or Liqueur 43 Horchata

2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

4 oz. Almond milk

Ice to taste

Shaker EURO TEA

Ornament:

Agave or maple honey to taste

Colored sugar to taste.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the herbal tea in water (90 – 95 °C), infuse for at least 5 minutes.

2. Dip 2 martini glasses in honey and then in coloured sugar so that they stick to the rim.

3. Put ice, Rum Chata, vodka, milk and unstrained herbal tea into the shaker. Shake all the ingredients and pour into glasses.
