Ingredients:
1 tsp. Matcha Premium EURO TE
100 ml. Whole milk
Ice to taste
¾ cup. whipping cream
1 oz. Whiskey
1 tbsp. EURO TE Hojicha Ground Green Tea

Sifted Matcha
Preparation:
1. In a chawan, add the sifted Matcha, the warm milk (60°C) and with an electric whisk, whisk until integrated.
2. In a bowl, put the cold whipping cream (leave it in the freezer the day before), add the Hojicha, and beat it until it is whipped.
3. In a glass or cup add ice, the milk with Matcha, the whiskey and the whipped cream with Hojicha.
4. Garnish with sifted Matcha and a flower.
