Ingredients:


3 tbsp. EURO TE Watermelon White Tea

4 oz. Water

1 1/2 oz. white tequila

1/2 pc. Lemon Juice

Mineral water to taste

Ice to taste

Shaker EURO TE

Ornament:

1/2 Serrano Chile

Triangle of fresh watermelon


Preparation:


1. Prepare the tea in water (80 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain, let cool and set aside.

2. In a shaker add ice, tequila, lemon juice and finally the tea, shake for a few minutes.

3. In an old-fashioned glass, place a large ice cube, pour in the cocktail without the ice, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with chili slices and the watermelon triangle.
