Ingredients:
4 tsp. Black Tea Pumpkin Chai EURO TE
½ cup Water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/2 cups almond milk (optional, can be substituted with another type of milk)
3 tbsp. Condensed milk
150 ml. Evaporated milk
Preparation:
1. Grind the tea and infuse it for 4 minutes in boiling water (90-95°C).
2. Empty the unfiltered tea, cornstarch, and 1 cup of almond milk into the blender. Blend very well.
3. Heat 1 1/2 cups of almond milk in a saucepan on the stove and add the blended mixture, along with the condensed milk and evaporated milk. Stir constantly for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, strain and serve hot.
