Ingredients
Syrup
2 tbsp. Agave syrup
1 tsp. Blue Matcha EURO TE
Infusion with mezcal
2 tbsp. EURO TE Ginger Mandarin Fruit Herbal Tea
2 oz Mezcal
Drink
1 tbsp. Prepared syrup
2 oz Infused Mezcal
Ice to taste
Mineral water to taste
Ornament
Lemon juice
Chili powder, salt and sugar to taste
1 thin slice of Eureka lemon
Preparation
Syrup
Mix the agave syrup with the Blue Matcha until thoroughly combined. Store in a dark place.
Infusion with mezcal
In an airtight jar, add the mezcal and the herbal tea, and let it sit for at least 5 days to achieve a concentrated infusion.
Drink
1. Mix the chili powder with the salt and sugar.
2. Put lemon juice in the mouth of an old fashioned glass and rim it with the chili mixture.
3. Add ice to the glass, then add the syrup and on top the mezcal infusion, fill with mineral water and garnish with the lemon slice.
