Peach Mist

Ingredients:

1 tsp. EURO TE Peach Black Tea

½ cup Water

1/2 cup cold whole milk

1 pinch Blue Matcha

1 pc. Peach in syrup

1 tbsp. Peach syrup

Ornament:

½ pc. Peach in syrup

Preparation:

1. Prepare the tea in water (90 - 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, strain, let cool and set aside.

2. Put the cold milk in a milk frother, add the Blue Matcha and froth on the cold setting.

3. Add the syrup and half a peach, chopped into small pieces, to a glass, fill it with ice, and pour in the tea infusion. Finally, top with the foam and garnish with the peach.
