Ingredients:
Sencha Pear Syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. Euro Tea Pear Sencha Green Tea
Drink:
1 tsp. Euro Tea Pear Sencha Green Tea
1 cup Water
¼ c. Lyncott Half Cream
1 tsp. Premium Matcha Green Tea EURO TE
1 tbsp Pear Sencha Syrup
Ornament:
Topping: Calendula petals EURO TE
Preparation:
Syrup:
Place the water, sugar, and tea in a saucepan and cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes, or until it reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat, strain, and let cool. Store covered in the refrigerator.
Drink:
1. Prepare the tea in water (70 - 75 °C), infuse for 3 minutes, strain, let cool and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the cream until fluffy, add the sifted Matcha little by little, continue beating until integrated, store in the refrigerator.
3. Fill a glass with ice, add the sencha pear syrup, pour in the tea infusion, and top with cream. Garnish with calendula petals.
