Violet Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

1 Pack of Maria Cookies

90 g (1 stick) of unsalted butter

2 Tbsp. Sugar

1 pc. Cream cheese

1 pc. Milk can

¾ cup lemon juice

1 tsp. EURO TE Blue Matcha

Preparation:

1. Grind the cookies in the blender or food processor, add the sugar and stir well.

2. Melt the butter.

3. Put the cookies in a pie tin, add the butter and stir well to form a paste, arrange on the bottom of the tin (and the sides if desired).

4. Bake at medium heat (180°C) for 10 minutes. Let cool.

5. Leave the cheese out of the refrigerator overnight.

6. Put all the ingredients in a blender (add the sifted blue powder at the end) and blend until combined.

7. Pour the mixture into the biscuit base and smooth the surface.

8. Refrigerate or freeze according to your preference.
