Rooibos Hot Cakes, Give Your Breakfast a Twist

I want to share with you a recipe that can make a typical breakfast like pancakes more nutritious and with extra flavor.

Ingredients:

2 tsp. Rooibos Caramel EURO TE

3 oz. Hot water

1 Tz. Flour for hot cakes

3/4 cup milk

1 pc. Egg

1 Tbsp. Butter

Preparation:

1. Prepare the Rooibos in water (90 - 95 °C), infuse for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.

2. Beat the flour, milk, egg, and butter together, then add the Rooibos infusion and continue beating. If desired, you can add some rehydrated Rooibos to the mixture.

Suggestion:

You can use your preferred Rooibos flavor and add any leftover Rooibos (already hydrated) to the maple syrup.

3. Make the hotcakes and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
