Here is another recipe for the hot season, but now using tea. My recommendation is to use teas with a fruity and intense flavour and you can add some pieces of fruit to make it more nutritious. As in the case of the Euro Fruit Frappé, you can add some spirit, for this drink, I recommend using white rum or vodka, for its more neutral flavour.

(Glass 14 oz or 400 ml approx.)

Ingredients:
2 tsp. Tea (if it is White Tea 2 tablespoons) EURO TEA2 tbsp. EURO TEA Crystal Base (optional)
3 oz. Hot water
2 tbsp. sugar or 2 shots of syrup
2 Tz. Ice
1 piece of fruit that matches the flavor of the tea you are going to use. (optional)
Preparation:
1.- Prepare the Tea according to its time and temperature in the water.
2.- Strain it, but do not throw away the hydrated leaves.
3.- Put the ice in the frappé blender, empty the tea infusion and some of the hydrated leaves, add the other ingredients and blend until they have a frappé consistency.
4.- Serve immediately in a tall glass.
Grades:
The crystal base is used to give consistency to the drink (homogenize it), which helps prevent the ice from melting so quickly.
The Tea flavors and combinations with fruit (and alcohol) that I recommend are:
Sencha Lemon —— ½ lemon with peel —— White rum
Teallennium —— 1/4 mango —— Tropical vodka
Peach —— ½ peach —— Aged rum
Passion Fruit —— 1 tablespoon of passion fruit pulp —— Vodka
Imperial Strawberry White — 2 strawberries and 2 basil leaves — White rum
White Honey Melon —— 1 piece of melon —— Coconut rum
