In this cold and festive season, I would like to recommend that you prepare hot drinks for your parties, posadas or even Christmas dinner, with EURO TE.
Remember that tea has elements that help us prevent the hangover that we all hate to feel. So, by making cocktails or punches with alcohol and including EURO TEA in the preparation, it will help you avoid this discomfort.

Here are 3 delicious recipes that I hope you like:
Irish Masala Chai
(1 serving)
Ingredients:
½ cup water2 tsp. Oriental Spice Black Tea EURO TEA
¼ cup milk (frothed)
¼ Tz. Irish cream liqueur
Preparation:
1.- Heat the water until it is about to boil, turn off and add the Tea, infuse for 5 minutes and strain.
2.- Froth or heat the milk and pour into a cup.
3.- Add the liquor and then the infused tea.
4.- Decorate with cocoa.
This drink is based on the famous “Masala Chai” from India. “Chai” means tea and “Masala” means a mixture of spices. So, Masala Chai is a spiced tea, in India it is drunk with buffalo milk, in this version we have added the sweet Irish cream liqueur, making it creamy and tempting.
Cranberry Peach Punch
(3 servings)
Ingredients:
2 Tz. Water
5 tsp. Peach Black Tea EURO TEA
1 cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup aged rum
4 tsp. Brown sugar
1 Lemon
1 Orange
Preparation:
1.- Heat the water until it is about to boil, turn off, add the tea and infuse for 5 minutes and strain. Set aside.
2.- Pour the tea into a punch bowl along with the cranberry juice and rum, add the sugar and stir well.
3.- Cut some lemon and orange peels, as well as some slices of both, add them to the punch bowl and cups.
4.- Keep the punch warm and serve.
This punch is based on a Nordic drink called “Glogg” which is made with red wine and brandy. In our version we have replaced the wine with cranberry juice. It should be taken hot to take away the chill, which is its purpose.
Green Tea Punch
(3 servings)
Ingredients:
2 ½ Tz. Water
5 tsp. Blueberry Pineapple Green Tea EURO TEA
1 cup apple juice*
1/3 cup aged rum**
4 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Pc. EURO TEA Artistic Tea
Preparation:
1.- Heat 2 cups of water until they are about to boil, turn off the heat and pour into a jug or teapot.
2.- Add the remaining ½ cup of cold water and the Green Tea to the jug or teapot, let it sit for 3 minutes and strain.
3.- Pour all the tea infusion into the transparent teapot where the punch will be prepared, add the apple juice, rum, and sugar and stir.
4.- Separately, place the EURO TE artistic tea piece in boiling water until the flower opens, carefully take the flower with a spoon and empty it into the punch teapot.
5.- Keep the punch warm and serve.
*Green apple juice may be substituted, which will make the Artistic Tea look and taste much better in the teapot.
** Can be substituted with white wine.
