Syrup:
1/2 Tz. Water 1
1/2 cup sugar 1
2 tsp. Oriental Spice Black Tea EURO TEA
30 g. Butter
3 oz. Lyncott Cream
Foam:

1 tsp. Pumpkin Chai Black Tea EURO TEA
3 oz. Boiling water 2
2 Egg whites
2 tbsp. Sugar 2
Drink:
1 can Dr. Pepper Cream Soda, Vanilla Coke or A&W Root Beer, chilled
Ice optional
Preparation:
Syrup: Put 1 water, 1 sugar and Oriental Spice Tea in a pot, leave it on the stove to thicken for 10 minutes. Add the butter and milk, stir, strain and let cool.
Foam: Prepare the Pumpkin Chai Tea in boiling water 2 (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.
In a bowl add the 2 egg whites with the 2 sugar and beat until stiff, add the tea and beat until mixed.
Drink: In a tall cup, pour 2 ounces of syrup, ice, Dr. Pepper and a pinch of nougat to simulate the foam of a beer.
