Matcha Chai

To make the chai:

Ingredients:

2 tsp Pu Erh Chai EURO TEA

4 oz of boiling water

8 oz Whole Milk

Ices

For making Dalgona Matcha:

Ingredients:

2 tsp Ceremonial Matcha EURO TEA

4 oz Lyncott Whipping Cream

1 tbsp of sugar

Preparation:

1. Combine the whipped cream with the 2 tsp of Matcha and the tablespoon of sugar in a bowl and beat until it has a nougat consistency.

2. Prepare your Chai with the 2 tsp of Pu Erh Chai in 4 oz of boiling water for 5 min and strain.

3. In a tall glass add ice, the 8 oz of whole milk and the Pu Erh Chai infusion.

4. Using a spatula, add the Dalgona Matcha. Sweeten to taste and enjoy. 🍵
