Ingredients:
2 tsp. Genmai matcha EURO TEA
3 oz. Water
8 oz. Amaranth milk
1 Pz. Peanut marzipan
4 Ices
Preparation:
1. Prepare the tea in water (70 °C), infuse for 3 minutes, strain and set aside.
2. Put the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend until foamy.
3. Pour into a tall glass, add the tea and garnish with amaranth and peanuts.
