4 oz. Water 2
Ice to taste
4 oz. Coconut milk.
Preparation:
1. Syrup: Put 1 cup of water, sugar and herbal tea in a pot and leave it on the stove for 10 minutes or until it reaches the desired thickness. Remove from heat, strain and let cool covered in the refrigerator.
2.Cook the tapioca in advance and set aside with the lemon ginger syrup.
3. Prepare the Tea in water 2 (80°C), infuse for 4 minutes, strain and set aside.
4. In a glass add ice, tapioca, tea and finish with coconut milk.
Tea Master Tip.
"Bobba Tea" or "bubble tea" is a Taiwanese drink that became popular in the 80's, the intention was to give children a healthy drink with tea and some calories (tapioca is cassava flour; a tuber native to South America).
