Moon Milk Arabian Nights Gelatin

Ingredients:

Milk gelatin

2 cups evaporated milk

4 Tbsp. Sugar 1

6 Tbsp. Moon Milk Thousand and One Nights Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TE 1

1/2 cup cow's milk

2 pcs. Natural gelatin sachets 1

½ cup water 1

Water gelatin

3 Tbsp. Moon Milk Thousand and One Nights Fruit Herbal Tea EURO TE 2

2 Tbsp. Sugar 2

½ cup water 2

1 Pz. Natural gelatin sachet 2

½ cup water 3

1/2 cup diced natural strawberries.

Pink Chai milk for garnish:

Condensed milk to taste

Pink Chai Powder EURO TE

Preparation:

Milk Gelatin

1. In a saucepan, heat the evaporated milk with the sugar. Before it boils, turn off the heat, add the herbal tea, set aside, and then add the cold cow's milk and the hydrated gelatin. Stir and let it cool. Once cool, refrigerate until set.

2. Hydrate the gelatin 1 in water 1, stir and temper for 20 seconds in a microwave oven so you can add it to the milk with the herbal tea.

Water Gelatin

1. Make the herbal infusion (Tisana 2) in water (2) with sugar (2). Let it steep for 5 minutes, strain, and let it cool. Once cool, mix it with the strawberries and add the hydrated gelatin (2). Stir and pour it over the set milk gelatin. Refrigerate until set.

2. Hydrate the gelatin 2 in water 3, stir and temper for 20 seconds in a microwave oven, so that you can add it to the infusion of the Tisane with water.

Pink Chai milk for garnish

1. Mix the condensed milk with the Pink Chai powder to taste, then transfer to a small pitcher.

To serve, unmold the gelatin onto a tray and decorate with Pink chai milk.
