Ingredients:

1 cup of water

1 Tbsp. Blue Matcha EURO TE

1/4 cup Maple Honey

1 1/2 cups coconut milk (or almond milk)

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup plain yogurt

20 Pcs. Blueberries

Preparation:

1. Heat the water, add the Blue Matcha and whisk, then add the honey and milk.

2. Add the chia seeds and stir very well.

3. Beat every 15 minutes for the first hour to integrate well and let it rest for at least another 2 hours so that the chia is well hydrated.

4. You can also do it by blending everything so that the chia seeds break down and are not left whole.

5. Serve yogurt in a mold, add the mixture and garnish with the blueberries.
