Berry Cupcake

Ingredients:

Syrup:

1 cup of water

1 cup white sugar

4 Tbsp. Fruity Herbal Tea with Jungle Berries EURO TE

Dessert:

1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt

Sugar to taste

Vanilla cupcakes to taste

10 pcs. Raspberries

Preparation:

Syrup:

1. Put the water, sugar and the Tisane in a pot, leave it on the heat to thicken for 20 minutes, strain, reserve the hydrated fruit from the syrup.

2. Cover the syrup and let it cool in the refrigerator.

Dessert

1. Two hours before consuming it, assemble the cups.

2. In a bowl mix 3 tablespoons of yogurt with sugar, the fruit from the syrup and syrup to taste and stir.

3. Cut the cake into pieces the size of the glasses and place them at the bottom, drizzle them with a little of the syrup to moisten them and make them redder and more flavorful.

4. Cover them with a layer of the yogurt mixture, then place another layer of cake on top, repeat this step until you run out of yogurt.

5. Decorate with fresh raspberries as a topping and keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
