Ingredients:

½ package Maria Cookies
1 pc. Stick of butter

3 Tbsp. Fruit Herbal Tea Apple Blueberry EURO TE
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Water
1 Condensed milk
1 pc. Cream cheese bar
2 Tbsp. Pink Chai EURO TE
For decorating:
Preparation:
1. Grind the Maria cookies; put them in a baking dish with the melted butter (microwave for 30 seconds) and make a thin paste.
2. Prepare the herbal infusion in the water (90 – 95 °C) with the sugar, infuse for 5 minutes, cool and set aside.
3. Put the condensed milk, cream cheese, fruit tisane and Pink Chai in a blender, mix well, pour into the baking dish with the cookie base.
4. Decorate with Peach Button Topping and Rose Button Topping and put in the freezer to thicken.
5. When serving, sprinkle Pink Chai on top.
