Ingredients:
2 tbsp. Crispy Popcorn Fruit Herbal Tea
8 oz. Water
1 tbsp. natural syrup
1 oz. White rum
Preparation:
1. Prepare the herbal tea in the water (90 – 95 °C), infuse for 4 minutes, add the syrup, stir and let it infuse for 1 more minute.
2. Remove the popcorn and some of the herbal tea, put it in a ladle, add the rum and flambé.
3. Return the flamed herbal tea to the cup and enjoy this delicious punch.
