Ingredients:
2 tsp. Chocolate EURO TEA
4 oz. Boiling water 90-95 °C
½ tsp Pink Chai EURO TEA
Whole milk to taste
Evaporated milk to taste
Ice to taste
Sugar or sugar substitute to taste
Decoration:
Rose bud petals ( EURO TEA rose bud topping )
Preparation:
1.- Put the Xocolaté in hot water, sweeten to taste (1 tablespoon of sugar or 1/2 sachet of a sugar substitute), infuse for 5 minutes, strain and set aside.
2.- Put the ice, milk to taste and Pink Chai in the shaker. Shake the shaker.
3.- In a tall glass, put ice and empty the contents of the shaker (without ice). Carefully add the Xocolaté infusion so that it separates.
4.- Decorate your drink, you can use the petals of EUROTE rose buds.
