Mother's Day

Ingredients:

2 tsp. Pu erh tea Pu Erh Citrus EURO TEA

4 oz. Boiling Water

2 pcs. Egg whites

2 tbsp. sugar

3 oz. Cranberry Juice

4 oz. Prosecco

Edible flower*

Preparation:

1. Prepare the tea in boiling water (90 - 95 °C), let it infuse for 3 minutes and strain.

2. In a bowl, add the two egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat until stiff.

3. In a glass, pour the tea, juice, Prosecco and egg whites and decorate with an edible flower.

Enjoy and share with mom.
