1st Place Drinks Contest 2024
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. White Tea Peach Orchid EURO TEA
4 oz. Water
1 pc. Mandarin
Honey (for frosting and ½ tsp. for the drink)
Cinnamon to taste
4 leaves fresh parsley
1 oz. Mezcal
Ice to taste
Preparation:
1.- Prepare the Tea in water (80°C for 4 minutes), strain and set aside.
2.- Frost the rim of a Martini glass with the juice of a tangerine, honey and cinnamon.
3.- Finely chop the parsley leaves.
4.- Grate a little tangerine peel.
5.- Put ice in the shaker and add the ingredients, shake and serve in the frosted glass.
