Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Passion Fruit Tea EURO TEA 7 oz. Water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 oz. Vodka
6 oz. Sparkling wine
Preparation:
1. Prepare the herbal tea in water (90°- 95°C), infuse for 4 minutes, sweeten and let it cool.
2. Add the vodka, mix, pour into popsicle molds and place in the freezer.
3. Pour the chilled sparkling wine into an unfilled glass and insert a popsicle stick.
*The flavor can be substituted with any EURO TE Tea or Tisane.
